簡介:面對語文教學形態的沿襲固化,教學內容的模糊隨意,教材的單一、意識形態化,作者積極進行教改實踐,并于1991年11月在陜西建立起模仿孔子杏壇講學形式的課外“語文小組”,后到上海改名人文講壇,利用課余時間帶領學生閱讀古今中外文學文化經典,每周定期促膝交流,因材施教,并走訪名勝古跡,在文化行走中形成流動的學習課堂。人文講壇通過借鑒傳統書院教育的優勢,在無形當中打破傳統課堂流水線式的教學方式給師生交流帶來的障礙,構成師生共同體驗成長的情感氛圍,并通過文化行走等語文活動形式實踐內化閱讀交流積累。書稿通過人文講座、人文行走、人文課堂、人文閱讀四個部分對作者踐行人文教育20余年進行了記錄。
